When we were still in college, we all lived together. It just so happened that we chose the same dorm. Over the years, our friendship grew stronger. After graduation, we all legalized our relationships: I married Andrei, Katia married Oleg, and Masha married Igor.

We celebrated birthdays together, went on vacations, and often met at one of our homes. Our children were almost the same age, we all had pets, and we were all doing well financially.

A few months ago, we met again at a restaurant. Everything was great. We drank, had fun, and laughed. Then my husband, Andrei, suggested we take a commemorative photo. At that very moment, one of the waiters walked by, and we asked him to take our picture. He happily agreed. When we looked at the photo, we were shocked: somehow, our faces had been crossed out.

Of course, no one paid much attention to it at first. But soon everything changed. After a while, we found out that Masha and Igor were getting divorced. But how? Why? What happened? None of us saw it coming. They had always treated each other with respect.

There was never any sign of dissatisfaction in their marriage. Just like that, they got divorced… After a while, Katia and Oleg’s relationship also fell apart. They argued often and divorced in a very short time. They decided they didn’t agree on character. After all those years together. Could you imagine a life together?

I began to fear that my husband and I would follow the same path. And not without reason… Soon, conflicts began to arise in our family. Andrei and I couldn’t even understand why we were arguing.
